This three-story, 88,000 SqFt medical office building will offer a wide-range of primary and specialty care services, including pharmacy, lab and imaging. It will be the first all-electric facility in the Kaiser Permanente system, meaning there will be no gas-fired heating or hot water. The building also incorporates innovative photochromic windows, in which the glass changes opacity with outdoor light intensity. Solar panels will be mounted on carports over the parking area. The building is set to achieve at least LEED Gold certification.
