Project Narrative

This 117,800 ft2 ConXL 400 structure in Kirkland, WA is part of an extensive redevelopment of this lifestyle center anchored by Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack. The Totem Lake development features 850 luxury apartments, restaurants, retail, movie theater and a park.

The ConXL400 System was an ideal fit for this structure, seamlessly accommodating a variety of design details including radiused corners and roof beams with opposing slopes on the same axis (as well as slopes on both axes). The steel assembly speed of the ConXL System (eight days total) was advantageous considering the Pacific Northwest’s inclement climate.
