Project Narrative

This 147,700 ft2 structure is part of a massive Kaiser Permanente medical care campus situated on 10 acres in San Jose, CA. The campus will ultimately house 85-95 provider offices, three medical office buildings and both surface and structured parking. This facility is set to be LEED NC Silver certified.

Despite permit issues delaying the start of the job, the schedule was accelerated and steel was erected ahead of schedule. All steel was delivered and stored on-site, which contributed to a streamlined erection process. This project holds the current title for the fastest ConXL 400 frame assembly to date, considering overall size and duration.
