Project Narrative
This 60,000 ft², 6-story boutique hotel features a variety of room types, 2 restaurants, 2 floors of below-grade parking. The hotel, located at 1717 N. Wilcox Avenue in Hollywood, CA, has 132 rooms and is designed with a blend of vintage and modern styles, inspired by the golden age of whisky and rock ‘n’ roll. Adolfo Suaya curates the hotel and also owns other establishments like Gaucho Grill, Dolce, The Lodge, Osaka, and Phoenix L.A. on 3rd Street.
