Project Narrative
ConXtech assembled this four-story, 57,700 ft² structure adjacent to the I-10 corridor in Los Angeles, one of the busiest roadways in the country. As a Class-A medical office building, it’s the only one of its kind in the West Downtown LA area.
This structure’s unique, angular geometry is an example of how the ConX chassis is not confined to rectilinear shapes. With the ConXL 400 System, it was erected in just 9 days – a fraction of the time it would have taken using any other structural framing system. ConXtech’s just in time delivery easily accommodated assembly on an extremely tight lot, with buildings in very close proximity on two sides, and the freeway immediately to the rear.
