Project Narrative
84,000 square foot, three-story educational hub designed to foster innovation and learning.
Features of the New Academic Complex:
- Smart Classrooms: Equipped with the latest technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Advanced Computer Labs: State-of-the-art facilities to support cutting-edge computer science education.
- Modern Lecture Hall: Designed to host large-scale lectures and events, reminiscent of TED Talks.
- Skills Demonstration & Test Room: A dedicated space for practical learning and testing.
The complex will serve as the cornerstone for departments such as Business Administration and Computer Science, promising to be a catalyst for academic and professional growth among students.
ConX Solutions
The ConXL 400 System was easily integrated into this architecturally unique, Design-Build project, which is intended to be LEED certified when completed. The ConXL System has been pre-approved by the Division of State Architect (DSA) for use in California schools since 2012.
