Project Narrative
Replacing the current Contra Costa County Administration building, this new four-story structure is designed to be more efficient and community friendly. The building will house a variety of county departments including a large assembly chamber, offices, conference rooms, work stations and support spaces. The structure is set to achieve LEED Gold certification.
